    [Describe]
Motoharu and Hirotoshi are the creators of Mito.
Motoharu was a disciple of Mototaka and was a painter at the end of the Edo period, while Hirotoshi was an artist in the late Edo period who went to Edo to train as a young man. Hirotoshi's Mei is unfinished and I think it was made when he was young.
Although it has not been submitted to the NBTHK judging yet, this Tsuba has a wonderful design of finely carved wrought iron with waves and pine wood.
Their joint work is very rare.
